INCOMPETENCE

around April 2022 Luke sold me Honor phone which I learned an hour later that it doe not have memory slot I called and cancelled requesting to take another phone but Luke did not call me. Honor phone was delivered I returned it then Luke found it worthy to call me I then took A13. the phone took about 3weeks before it was delivered but on the 3rd week before delivery some lady called me then I explained that I took a phone from Luke so since is not delivered to decided to take A23 with her.Then A13 was delivered I called to cancel explaining I took A23 because of late delivery cause the promise delivery time is 3-4days. the next day I receive message to say I need to expect another delivery. despite number of calls I made for cancelation they delivered the phone anyway. however they did not let me sign for the phone I was on lunch then I was given a parcel by the security at work. if it was delivered to me I could have not even sign for it, I did not even thought that they will leave the phone because they were supposed to get my ID and POA. this showed me how careless CELL C is so I am not safe with them. on the 10 June 2022 RAM came to pick up both phones because I cancelled them then they returned the phone on Monday 13 July 2022 they said they do not know where to take the phones. honestly ????
I had to write new email when I communicate with Cell C but I noted now that I have new reference number whereas it was one matter.

I believe all calls were recorded for reference purposes. I just need CELL C to stop tampering with my bank account that's all. I want them to come and take their phones or give me their address so that I can deliver the phones myself.
