Incompetence

Pathetic network provider. Their debit bounced which I understood it's my fault. I took my time called their accounts department, payed what I was due and the penalties if full. Send a prof of payment to them to show that I paid. This was on the 1st. Come the 3rd they are still trying to debit my account for what I've already paid for! My account is busy accumulating overdraft! I have to pay again for such overdrafts. 🤬
