Incompetence continues....

My nightmare with Cell C continues despite two reviews on Hello Peter with responses that it will be addressed. My lines are now being suspended every second day. I send an email to anyone with a Cell c email address, and somebody reinstates them,, then they are cut again. No explanation, no apologies....nothing.

I cannot believe that a company can remain in business with service (or rather lack of) like this. I will no doubt get a message saying they are sorry and will look into the matter, as the two previous times that i reviewed here. I cannot wait for these contracts to end...what a nightmare....
