Incompetence! Cancel my contract!

I have emailed Cell C numerous times to cancel my contract as I have immigrated to the UK, I keep asking for my final amount owing due to not using my services for the last 2 months. All I get is the scripted reply from their mailbox.

All I want is to cancel my contract and cancel the debit order on my SA bank account. Can someone who actually knows what they are doing or supposed to do get in touch and send me my final invoice to cancel my contract.
