Incompetence

On the 28th of August R911 was deducted from my bank account. I only owed Cell C R430. To reverse the stop order the bank charged me R45. When I received my statement from Cell C they also charged me R70 for a stop order not going through. They phoned me twice but they were not able to resolve my issue and do not know how to spell my new address after I told them how to spell it, incompetence, seems like they do not have grade 12.
