Incompetence

Showdown called me on 25 Jan 2023 for cell phone contract on belf of Cell C. Everything went smooth and was promised that tracking number will be provided to me the next day 26 Jan. I have not received tracking number since and today i call Cell c to follow up on when are they going to deliver. I was told that the devices were delivered to me. When i ask when the devices were delivered i was advised that they don't have that information. Can someone with correct information call me and explain the process and procedure of the delivery. i was advised to go and do affidavit and when i ask why they say to show that i did not receive the devices. I told them i will not do affidavit as is not my task to report this. They need to provide me with delivery information of what happened and what proof they have that the devices were delivered. since the consultant said they have no information of delivery why must i do affidavit.
