Incompetence at Cell C Greenstone Mall

Dear Cell C,

I am very disappointed with the service that I have received from the Cell C store in Greenstone Mall.

Here's my experience:

In March app**** for a contract in the name of my new business. I sent all the forms in, and there were a lot of forms required, only to be told a few days later that the business was not yet a year old and so the contract was declined. Fair enough - I understand that. What I dont understand is that surely the staff at Cell C should be trained to look at the company registration certificate and tell me upfront that this contract will be declined because the company is not yet a year old - rather than having to go through the process of submitting the application and waiting a few days only to be told then.

It gets worse.... I decided to apply for a contract in my personal capacity. 10 May - I submit every form I need (three months bank statement, copy of ID, proof of address, latest payslip, etc) together with the signed consent to vet form. I get a response saying that the consent to vet form needs to be signed and submitted again. I do that. 11 May - I am told that I need another bank statement - the latest one. 14 May - I submit everything again at the Greenstone Mall store and this time I am told I need to submit a copy of page 4 and 5 of my ID. Now I am a reasonable person but for me this spells out incompetence. How may times must I be told to submit yet another document? Could they not tell me on day 1, the 10th of May, all of the documents which are required instead of making me return THREE times to apply for the same contract?

Please Cell C, can you educate your staff sufficiently to make the process of applying for a contract a quick and painless one?

I am beyond frustrated.
