Incompetence and unprofessional

No wonder this people are not doing well in the telecommunication industry, they have black listed me which was fairly though, for defaulting so they sent a company called Shabir blah blah and I told them that I am on debt review and I asked the lady to please send me an email so I can send her an email with document as to prove and she agreed even today I have not received that email, this guys are so unprofessional and ***********, I would not recommend anyone I love to open an account with them.
