Incompetence.
I have been trying to do a port to Vodacom since 06/05/22. Today I received a message saying I have 4 hrs to respond to message or port request will be canceled. I went back to Vodacom who said that Cell C is supposed to send me a msg with a pin in order for port to be completed. I went to Cell C Westgate immediately and the lady showed me on her screen that they don't have any requests to port and there were no comments regarding porting on her system.

24 May 2022, 21:47No communication, no feedback since I communicated to Cell C on the 20/03 and the complaint is still unresolved. This is acceptance and confirmation of Cell C's incompetence.
