Incompetence
On the 27th of July I received a message saying that on the 31st July I didn't pay R262.69 which I never received when the transaction bounced. Not even a phone call asking when I'll settle the amount, bare in mind that I had contract with these people..
And the account was handed over and the amount is now R1600 I then paid the amount infact VVM where I was handed over debited the amount now I don't get the paid up letter, its actually months now that I haven't received my paid up letter and I'm also reflecting still on credit beaure.
Its closing a lot of doors for me.. They are denting my credit record for R200 which I would have paid a long tome ago if I knew that their money bounced and they called or sent me an SMS
