Incompetence
My wife has been trying to get a refund of a double debit made by cell c since Sept 2021. To date after numerous calls, forwarding documentation numerous times and following up weekly we are still no nearer the money due to us. They are common ********* and totally ***********. They make politicians look above board

So your records are incorrect and your reply is more evidence of the disgusting process and service we are subjected to.
