Incompetence

<p>The issue raised on the 27th November 2015 is still not resolved. Every month i get billed for a contract that doesnt exist, my bank account debited and now i have collections agents calling me. The call centre cant find me on the system since my contract doesnt exist yet the billing and accounts department can. I have dealt with head office, Patrick, Millecent, Nozipho, Fikile, Derrick and all have promised that the issue is resolved and all are wrong.</p> <p>9 Months later and no resolution. No wonder the company is in financial distress, because customers talk with their feet. No wonder Cell C are paying people through contract buy-outs just for business.</p> <p>Reference: ********** 987. Mr Mr Jose Dos santos... please sort out your company and the revenue will follow. Through this issue i have cancelled all existing contracts and encourage my family to do the same. How do you keep billing me for a contract that doesnt exist!</p>
