Incompetence
Bad experience with Cell C I cancelled my contract with Cell C only to find out 1 contract was cancel the other number was not cancel. I must be penalise for not doing their Job. What annoys is to be interrogated about dates of cancellation They failed to do their job I must be punished. I've been owing 4 contracts with C cell for 10 years I am cancellation every contract with them ****ed Off.

27 Mar 2019, 11:25I am referring to ********** 431. I have already cancel the contract however its not captured in your system. I've been told I will have to wait 30 days. Secondly all my conversation are not on your system the agent told me she is going to listen to the call.
