Incompetence
Once again I gat a call from Cell C telling me my cancelled account from July is now in arrears. I once again get in the long argument that it was cancelled in June/July by phoning the 084 135/084 145 to cancel once I received the SMS from them and get told they have no record of me cancelling my contract. Can someone give advise as to how one gets hold of the consumer council as I have now had enough of Cell C.
