Incompetence

I was assisted by Morris Mo***eng from the headoffice complains department and would appreciate my query get sent to him so he can fix this. I specifically asked him about the R70 on my account that now cellc has handed me over for and I was told by him that I would not have to pay the amount and now i get called everyday by the debt collectors about money. I asked about from the word go when i cancelled my contract. I would appreciated to be contacted and this issue be resolved.
