Incompetence

By far the worst services ever received from these guys it's rather embarrassing. I've spent the last 3 months trying to cancel my contracts and these useless people can't even get that right. In the meantime I receiving smses stating that I awe them my monthly subscription, So how on earth do I awe you for a contract I cancelled 3 months ago?

I've called them so many times I can't even count. Sent endless emails and no one is getting back to me. I've asked for the management to adress this but still waiting.

Cell C is a disgrace. I had to cancel my contracts due to their incompetence and even then I'm still frustrated.
