INCOMPETENCE

Once again I will prove Cell C's incompetence. Yesterday I lodged a complaint on Hello Peter and of cause Cell C was on the phone as quickly as possible to find out what the problem was. My problem was I canceled my contract and did not wish to continue but it never happened. They never canceled the contract like they were suppose to. So the guy I spoke to yesterday insured me that my contract will now be canceled effective immediately and I will not receive the top op benefits today and I will not be billed or charged for it at the end of March. Of cause that never happened. I received the top op benefits today and this means they will debit my account at the end of March. Cell C better make sure this does not happen!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WORST WORST WORST SERVICE PROVIDER EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!
