Incompetence

Cell c has got to be the worst network ever, what they are doing is a total ******* and it's unfair to their clients. If its not the network that is *****ed up, it's the airtime that just disappears and they cannot even tell me where it's going. Every single month i have to fight with cell c consultants about one thing or another. I have a contract with cell c, they were supposed to debit an amount of approximately 680 from my account this month end. On the 27th of february they debited R334 from my account and on the 28th i went to pay in R334 at a checkers store. I called them and gave them the referrence number and they activated my phone. At midnight on the 28th they debited another R334 from my account. So they were not supposed to go through my account in the 1st place since I've already pai the account. It's a total ******* and i expect them to reverse the money back into my account because i did not sign a contract that allows them to access my account whenever they feel like it. Or pay an account twice in one month. It's bull**** to be honest so if they can't reverse my money, they had better close the ****** ****ed up contract. I can't deal with such incompetence. I also don't understand why i cant call cell c to query my balance when they are debiting from my bank account and to top it all off, we gave them the additional details which allows me to access the cell c account. Better sort out this bull**** or all hell will break loose.
