Incompetence

Hi. Ive been referred to you guys for problems ive been experiencing with CELL C RIVERSIDE in Nelspruit. I signed a contract with them in August last year. They were running a special for R299.00pm. Came with free router and 40gigs. Ever since signing I have been charged R499.00pm instead of R299.00. Upon querying this instore it was realised that the clerk captured the contract incorrectly. I have been back numerous times to have it rectified. Eventually after several attempts I got tired and asked fordr the contract to be cancelled because the network was too slow and I was being overcharged. They took away my router and sim card n told me it would be cancelled. But this month again they deducted R499.00 from my account. Every time o contact them they say they are looking into it.
