INCOMPETENCE
After agreeing to an upgrade to an I PHONE 5S, I received an I Phone 5C. I send the phone back and refused to sign the new contract. I was told that the upgrade will be reversed. This however never happened. I have now been told that I have a new contract with Cell C WHICH I NEVER SIGNED! This indicates incompetence and dishonesty!
