Incompetant staff upgrade department

I upgraded my one line almost two weeks ago. When i phoned i was not told that the Samsung A52 is not in stock. I phoned again last week to find out where the phone is and the answer i got was "mam it takes 3-7 working days for delivery please be patient". I phoned now again on day 8 just to be told they dont have stock at all!!!! Like what the ****....why was i not told this in the FIRST place when i ordered the phone!!!! CELL C, PLEASE GET COMPETANT PEOPLE TO DO YOUR WORK AS YOUR CONSULTANTS IS GIVING YOUR COMPANY A BAD REPUTATION. I cancelled the upgrade and will be moving to a more professional network.
