Incompetancy

I had an issue with cell c regarding cancellation of my contract with them. Then they called me, spoke to a guy by the surname of Motana and he assured me that my contract was cancelled and there won't be any debits on my account but to my surprise they took money from my account again in July when I cancelled in June and that is when my contract was ending They were calling me indefinite for an upgrade and i made it clear that I don't want another contract So what they are doing now they continue taking money from my account without authorisation I am now going to engage the NCR I refuse to let Cell C take my children's bread money by force
