Incompetance and bad service

<p>I have 8 cell contracts with cell c that i pay monthly. They come to a total of about R1950 a month. </p> <p>For the last 5 months it has been nothing but a fight when payments are made on 6 of them via EFT. </p> <p>Even though proof of payment is sent there is always an issue.</p> <p>Now they have suspended my one account and refuse to help me sort it out by looking for the proof od payment which i sent to their consultant as requested.</p> <p> </p>
