Incompetance???
<p>I have phones Cell C FOUR TIMES, requesting my billing address to be changed from my home physical address to my Box number and STILL it is NOT CORRECT?????</p> <p> </p> <p><br />Is this such an impossibly difficult thing to get right????</p> <p> </p> <p><br />For God sake can someone fix this please???????</p>
