Incompetance

*** - I received an email from cell C demanding a payment of R 418 outstanding on this account. I paid it on 26/08/2015 as I was threatened with legal action if I didn't. My cheque account was then debited with R 627 on 27/08/2015, this included the R 418 you had demanded as well as another R 209 instalment for this month.<br> This contract was cancelled telephonically and in writing some time ago and I am tired of Cell C not being able to do this.<br> I demand the immediate return of the R 418 into my bank account and no further debit orders are to be deducted from my account. It amazes me how quick you are when you demand payment then take off a debit order as well. I wonder how long I will have to wait for the money due to me to be paid back ? <br> Please ensure this account has been cancelled on your system. What enfuriates me the most is I have 4 current contracts with Cell C, please get this issue sorted out.
