Incompatent ISP ever

<p>I app**** yesterday morning for a Samsung device. Got the sms Congratulation an agent will call you shortly and the agent called 20mins later. The agent said she needed to credit score me to see if we can continue. She came back to the phone to tell me i scored 1320 and was approved. So we completed the process of which device i was interested in. The agent went through terms &conditions. She told me Ram Couriers would be delivering my new device in 2-3days and i must have my ID ready along with a copy and proof of residence. She once again Congratulated me on my new device. Now a day later i can't track my parcel because it says order cancelled. I went into my nearest Cell C store to find out whats going on. Now they telling me i'm declined. ***!
