Incompatant Service/Consultant

Lungile contacted me today. But very,.. very poor feedback. On 2018/03/02 when I try to arrange with Cell C Legal to bring my account up to date, the very same day they gave it out/over for collection to Bake and Associates. I cannot believe it. She informs me that I must negotiate with the private collection company, Blake and Ass,.... if they will re-instate my contract, because Blake and Ass will then negotiate with cell c on my behalf if they find it fit to re-instate my contract. My understanding is .... Cell C is the mandate holder of the contract. I am still willing to pay my arrears in one instalment to Cell C. Can`t Cell C resolve the matter. What is so difficult.... I pay my arrears in one instalment and after Cell C received the payment they push one button on the system to re-instate my three contract lines. Really Cell C????
