INCOMING CALLS BLOCKED AND NO SOLUTION

I feel very frustrated with cell c call centre they are very unhelpful i have not received any calls on my cell c line in the past 3 months i have tried to resolve it with them but its not working what type of a network provider does not have its customers at heart they gave me reference number on Tuesday and they said it would be fixed in less than 48 hours and till today is this fair this morning i phoned and the call centre lady after requesting for her manager hangs up my call and puts me to rate her call if i could rate her it would be in her negative figures.
