Inappropriate comments

To whom it may concern

I am disappointed about the professionalism by two of your male staff members at your Walmer Park branch Port Elizabeth that was on duty Monday the 18th September 2017 5:50PM as they were very flirtations and made inappropriate comments towards my daughter a customer, beyond them asking for her number and inviting her over to their places they also made an inappropriate comment when she was leaving about women with long hair long, long hair is nice to pull on.

Can this please be addressed as i am disappointed by this shocking behavior.

We want all our customers to be given proper service and be treated with the respect they deserve. We strive to keep our customers happy and satisfied. This is not the norm or standard of service we want for our customers.

This will be addressed with the store manager and the action to have this kind of behavior rectified will be taken. Sincere apologies for the unsatisfactory service and inconvenience caused.
