Inadequate service from Cell C

Absolutely ********** service from this provider.

I am still awaiting a refund after they debited my account for an amount I had already paid. I have contacted the customer care line numerous times, as well as emailing supposed managers to no avail.

Cell C is quick to disconnect cell service if customers are unable to pay their account, however, it has been 4 months since they incorrectly debited me with no effort made to issue a refund. It seems that this provider has the resources to attempt to recruit potential customers, but no resources to keep existing customers happy. A complete joke.

Pathetic service. I would never use this provider again or recommend anyone else to do so.
