Inadequate resources

Please can cell c adequately equip their staff with the required tools to perform their function and provide them with the required stock to meet customers expectation. On 01 April 2016 at around 7:45 pm I went into your store at the Gateway shopping center to upgrade my cell phone contract which had expired and is currently on a monthly basis. Firstly I was told that there is only one cellphone brochure booklet in the store, whilst I was going through it the sales lady took it away from me to show it to another customer. Secondly I was told by the sales lady that the phone that I wanted( I phone 6) was not available in the store and that it would take about a week to be delivered from the warehouse. <br> <br> This is not the service that I expect from my cell phone provider...there are other cell phone providers...
