Inadequate CellC

As a cell C contact holder for the past 5 years I am really disappointed by the level of service I have received in the last two months. Cancelling my contract twice before it was cancelled and now being debited the wrong amount and not receiving adequate information by several consultants. This is an underlying issue and I don’t feel like as a customer of CellC I am receiving the service any contract holder should be given.
