Inadequate
I have an open line contract with cellc I’m able to load airtime if I buy it @ the shop. So I phoned those useless people yesterday about 10 times asked them to load airtime on my account. Because I need to use ussd to transfer money to my mom. No one helped me even today on the 05/12/18 I’m still not able to use ussd on my phone. I really don’t understand why they treating people like this. @ the end of the month I have to them but they treating me like a dog this is not fair. If they don’t like to solve this problem please collect your phone tomorrow on the 06/12/18
