I am still waiting for one of your consultants to call me back after investigating and listening to a call where I cancelled my Data/wifi line. It has been over howmany months now. Yesterday I went into one of you stores and found out this account is still showing on my profile.
I have a detailed breakdown of all my accounts and am in dispute of 1 account that should have been closed as I don’t even have it in my possession. I cannot pay for something I don’t have.
When taking the two Samsun’s mobile contracts last year, I received a call from Cell whereby the lady called to inform me my data/Wifi contract is about to expire “would you like to upgrade and continue with this contract?”…my response was very very clear NO instead…. I would like to replace that contract with a mobile handset
The lady kept say, unfortunately the line could not be close with that one call when taking out a new contract. Unfortunately for who? as I was NOT advised about that during taking out of the 2 new contracts. It is not unfortunate for me, I refuse paying for somethhig I do not have in my possession any longer!!

So if their consultant calls me for an upgrade and I tell them I will not be taking an upgrade on their wifi but am interested in a cellphone contract. The consultant clearly understood the instruction when I asked WILL THIS NEW CONTRACT REPLACE THE WIFI CONTRACT MEANING I WILL ONLY HAVE 4 CONTRACTS WITH CELLC, their response was YES MAM you will only be paying for the 4 cellphone contracts.
If there was terms and conditions that needed to be mentioned that they are NOT canceling the wifi, should it not have happened in that conversation???
Who's money are you thinking is going to pay for A LINE??? A LINE THAT IS YOURS AND WAS NEVER USED BY ME THAT YOU WANT MY MONEY TO PAY??????
Why send me a rude man to intimidateme, to think that humble Fiona will be indeed fall for your joke??? Why would i never have used the wifi since that month end, if I knew it was still usable???
