Inability to cancel contract with Cell C

Have been sent pillar to post trying to cancel my contract. Been to the outlets and they tell me I can not be helped and that the only way to cancel the contract is to call a number that never gets picked up! Am truly at my wit's end and feel like doing business with Cell C was the worst decision of my life!!!!
