In your time of need don't rely on cell c.

Was ****** yesterday at around 5:00pm, called cell c to sim swop my number and was told they will call me back during the day as they only work office hours.Its been 24 hours without a phone i am worried sick and not sure what to think or do, i swear if i wasn't on contract with cell c i would have ported to another network! While cell c is trying all kinds of things to get new customers, they fail to keep the customers they already have happy. Very disappointed, not to mention i now have to pay R50.00 for the sim swop, and cell c is giving the world free sim cards with pre-loaded airtime.Please reconnect me to the world. Just in case you didn't know we live with our phones, one day has already been a day too long.
