In Store *****

I took out a contract in October last year, requested insurance and assumed all was fine. My phone was accidently damaged and now I can't claim - why? because my insurance was never activated. I was told this was my own fault! I requested all the copies of my documentation and upon reciept find that my documentation has been altered. The tick next to insurance activated has been scribbled out and the no box ticked. This alteration was not initialled by myself or the instore person. Cell C - It seems that when there is a dispute you change the documentation as you see fit. This is nothing short of ***** with you misrepresenting facts to benefit yourselves. Shocking! In addition, when I took out the new contract, I wanted a new number, so I was told to rather take out a new contract, pay for the remaining 3 months and the new contract will take over from there. This I did and now? The previous number has been handed over for collections - Do any of you know what you are doing? Have been trying to get through to your legal department for 3 days with no luck. It seems a lot of people are having the same experience as me.
