in legal for R99

I have a data contract with Cell C. This a R99 prepaid contract .Last year December I was at the shops, and remembered that i have to pay my account , but i had forgot my EasyPay number at home. so i therefore called the Cell C help line *** , got an agent to assist me , but he assisted with the incorrect EasyPay number. I paid my account using that smsed Easypay number. Later this year Cell C blocked my account , due to account in Arrears. I email proof of payment, and even went to the branch at Westgate to fix this mess. it got to a point where I decided to pay off the balance just to have my phone active. TODAY , I was applying for a contract phone, only to fine that CellC listed me because of their *********** staff.. NOT ONLY IS THEY NETWORK TERRIBLE BUT THEY SERVICE IS DISGUSTING.
