In competent agent

I called in yesterday around 13:45 to do a sim swap but I failed the security questions i was told to call back after 24 hours and I call them only to be told that the person that assisted me did not send my number to his team leader so that it can be unlocked and I can be able to do my sim swap again. The guy did not do what he was suppose to do now I have to wait another 24 hours so that I can do my sim swap. I'm so disappointed cause this has inconvenienced me a great deal, the level of incompetence from this agent that was assisting me is just too much.
