Improved mobile data service

Last year I complained about the 3G service from Cell-C. They contacted me and, after investigation, stated that they agreed that the service was poor due to upgrade activity associated with 4G/LTE. I was away on holiday for three months. On my return the Cell-C 3G was working well. I upgraded to 4G and found it even better. In my specific area Cell-C is now the best performing of the three major 4G service providers.
