Impossible to unblacklist a phone at Cell-C

Phone was reported ****** so sim and phone got blacklisted. There are still good people out there that recovered phone and gave it back!! To unblacklist sim took 2 min. To unblacklist a phone is impossible!!!!<br> Went to Welkom branch got ref no ect, they said it will take 24 hours. They mailed affidavit and documentation to call centre. Gave us no to phone to ensure they got paperwork. Phoned 4 days later, they said it takes 30 days for phone to unblacklist!! In the mean time we have to pay contract..... It is now 1 and a half months later phone still not working. This morning phoned call centre again, their reply is now that it only takes 24-48 hours to unblacklist phone!!! Gave them reference no, they said it is wrong ref no, that ref no only applies to instore queries. Don't want to go to store as their service is also terrible, chatting, fitting shoes, ignoring customers...<br> How do we this phone working again???
