Impossible to stop a contract

Actually 0 stars!!! Not even 1. This is ridiculous!!!!!!! I have stopped my contract with CellC in May 2018. I gave my 30 days notice and my number has been merged to Vodacom since May 2018. Still there is a debit order every single month. I have made numerous phone calls and visited my local CellC shop every single month since May 2018. I pay for a service that I’m not even using. I want every cent back CellC.
