Impossible to do a SIM swop

I spoke to a consultant at 8:40 this morning to have a SIM swop processed and was given ref. no. *** and assured that the SIM swop division would call me within 2 - 4 hours. I called again at 1:05 when I had not yet received a call and was \assisted"by a rather uninterested consultant who quite rudely worked out exactly when the 4 hours would expire and told to me that lots of people want SIM swops and she will send another message I would be called within an hour (5 hours after my initial call). Well the additional hour has now expired and guess what still no call and still no SIM swop. It seems you now have me tied into a contract for 24 months so you do not give a (you know what) if my SIM swop is done or not I am bound to you for this period. Of course like so many other divisions at Cell C you cannot speak to the SIM swop division. I regret having done a new contract with you and assure you I will not do it again"
