Impossible to change ownership of contract

I went to Cell C in May with all the necessary document to do a change of ownership. The first time they people of Kroonstad's Cell C office called head office and head office rejected my bank statements because it was in Afrikaans (whatever that changes on bank statements). In June I went back to Cell C with new bank statements (which was again in Afrikaans as I am registered at the bank with my mother tongue being Afrikaans). This time Cell C accepted everything and told me that the application is approved and it would be done in 24 hours. At the end of June the debit order still went off of my mother's bank account. I went back to Cell C in August and they told me again that it would be done and that it was approved. Just for the same thing to happen. At the end of August the debit order went off from my mother's account again. So I went back to Cell C for the fourth time. This time I told them I would stay there until the change of ownership is done. They did everything again and were on the phone with head office for about an hour and a half. Just to tell me that the letter my mother wrote were incorrect. The only reason I can think of, is that the letter is in Afrikaans. How the hell can you approve everything and when I start putting on pressure, only then you can tell me that it was denied on both occasions, because the letters were incorrect? How difficult can it be to do a change of ownership. Cell C's service is just as bad as their signal!
