Impossible to cancel our contracts

It is virtually impossible to cancel a contract with Cell C. I went to their shop in Cape Gate and they told me I should call the customer services to cancel a contract. I did this and they asked me a range of security questions. The moment you answer everything they tell you that they will put you through to the cancellation department and the call ends. Cell C is deliberately making it impossible for us to cancel our contracts.

I have two contracts that I want to end. If Cell C wont end the contract I will have to visit the bank and stop the debit order, after which I will visit my rights within the Consumer act and lay a complaint.
