Impossible to cancel my contract!

I have been trying since June of this year to cancel my contracts with CellC, I am at my wits end with these people. But sure enough every month they take the money from my account without fail. I am working as an expat in Sierra Leone and I am not able to phone them so I've been emailing them with absolutely no response. I have sent my wife to the shops to go and try and cancel the contracts but they will deal only with me but its impossible to get in touch with them. When I try and phone them they force me to punch in buttons on the phone only to be disconnected when I finally get through. One of the operators finally got in touch with me after 4 months, I told her to phone me back in half an hour because I am busy and it is now 2 hours later with no call. Do I have to wait another 4 months now CellC?
