Impossible to cancel my Cellc contract

Good day. I am very dissapointed with Cell C. I have been trying to contact them the past couple of weeks to no avail. I am trying to cancel the number *** but everytime I call them I get no answer.

I cannoteven port to a different network because this number is still on contract. If I stop my debitorder at the bank then my credit score will be influenced.

Please send the recording that was made during the last time you upgraded the new contract. According to Mr Coetsee he was informed that he will get40% discount.
