Impossible to cancel GetMore

<p>I have been trying to cancel the Cel C GetMore subscription for a couple of months now - a service to which I have never signed up.</p> <p> </p> <p>Firstly, it can't be cancelled through a Cell C shop assistant - they require you to call the GetMore customer service at your own expense. They also have a very unfair 30 day cancellation period - meaning you can't cancel immediately. The cancellation just never gets processed. I have phoned multiple times and each time they promise that it will be cancelled. They have even promised that I will be refunded. I just got another statement - still not cancelled.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am truly disappointed in Cell C. I will cancel my contract as soon as possible.</p>
