Impossible to cancel cell c contract!!!

I have been trying to cancel my contract for the past two months and have gotten absolutely nowhere!! I have been in store and was told to call, i called and was told to email, I emailed and have yet to hear a response.<br> <br> I am absolutely disgusted at the level of customer service I have received from the beginning of my contract.<br> <br> I wouldn't advise anyone to use Cell C as their service provider. They try everything to keep you locked into your contract and make it impossible to leave and now I still have to pay my monthly instalment due to their auto renew process. Without providing the customer with an exit, makes this *******.<br> <br> EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!<br>
