Impossible to cancel a contract and this is *******

Its been 2yrs of trying to cancel cell contract and cell c does not allow me to cancel. The original contact of 24months expired and i extended and for more than 3yrs with the extended contact but cell c does not allow me to cancel.

The call center agents always fail me with the security check as soon as i tell them i want to cancel the contract they say i failed security check, their alternative email to cancel *** does not go through it bounces back as incorrect even when i copy it from their website.

The cell c outlets always say they dont have the function to cancel, it can only be done via call center or via email.

Am conviced this is a strategy to keep you looked into a contract forever.
